The Hide is available for hire for a host of events, including board meetings, training classes and interviews. Facilities include a flat-screen television, projector, flipchart and refreshments. It is available to hire by the hour, for a half-day or full-day.

They have performed extremely well within Division 1, finishing in the top half of the table and also represented their club in amazing style at the end of season tour held in Bournemouth – they only conceded one goal and didn’t lose a single game! We love bringing smiles to the faces of Bedford, and this year we donated to St. Johns Hospice for their annual Easter Egg Hunt. We love what St. Johns Hospice stand for and do, so it was a real pleasure to donate.

With the help of clients and local businesses, Watton Recruitment was able to send a huge shipment of stationery to an orphanage that has a school attached in Tanzania.

Our motto, about the little things that make a big difference comes into play here, as the children from the orphanage have hardly any stationery and can’t warrant spending money on such things.

We truly hope this helps with what our own children take for granted.

This year’s prestigious annual Bedfordshire BusinessWomen Awards fell on Philomena, as BBW President,  to organise and what an awards ceremony it was! With over 160 people in attendance and record numbers of applications – including a new category for Apprentice of the Year – the evening was full of inspirational and successful women, celebrating and showcasing their skills. Held at the Park Inn, Bedford on Friday 10th March,  guests were served a 4-course gala dinner and live entertainment was provided by Sophia Soul and local radio DJ’s, In2Beats.  The event also raised over £4,000 for BBW’s charity of the year, The King’s Arms Project.
