Customer Services Administrator

With a Head Office and distribution centre in Newport Pagnell, we are positioned close to the main motorway networks and in an ideal position to service the UK and European customer network.

 

We are now looking for a customer service administrator to join our ambitious and growing team here in Newport Pagnell.

 

About the Role:

 

To support the Sales team in terms of customer services, order management and administration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond to all customer enquiries and act as a point of contact for account administration and Sales Team.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner and route them to the appropriate person in the company where necessary.
  • Provide support and technical knowledge to customers and members of the public.
  • Input customer orders accurately, produce quotes and manage customer requests.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the customers as directed by the Sales Team.
  • Promote, sell to and advise customers on products.
  • Ensure filing is kept up to date, post duties and other general office duties.

 

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Customer orientated.
  • Enthusiastic, effective and committed to the task in hand.
  • Dynamic, proactive and enjoys challenges.
  • Minimum one year in Customer Services or Account Administration preferred.
  • Top communication skills, high level of inter-personal skills and excellent manner.
  • Highly computer literate.
  • Speaker of foreign language(s) preferred.
