Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting the Operations Manager in all aspects of the import-to-sales process
  • Handling general office administration and accounting tasks
  • Answering customer calls and emails
  • Managing both online and offline document filing systems.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.·
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi task, have a proactive and positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 12:00 – 17:00
  • Flexible working options are not offered.
