An amazing and exciting opportunity hasĀ  become available in the Midlands area for a self-employed sales agent to work alongside a high end brand

 

Due to the nature of our ranges we are looking for someone who can “wear many hat’s”. Ideally a person who has good contacts with garden centre giftware buyers, wholesalers, discounters and even catering buyers.

 

The area does have existing customers and a huge amount of potential.

 

Responsibilities for Sales Agent

 

  • establish business relationships with new customers
  • maintain and grow relationships and business with existing customers
  • strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  • identify and respond to client needs
  • keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
  • follow up on customer orders as necessary
  • anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
  • meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate

 

Qualifications for Agent

 

  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • superior interpersonal skills
  • ability to take initiative and work independently
  • exceptional organizational skills

Hours can be discussed and part time is also an option
